KaShauna G. Spratley, M.Ed., Founder & CEO of Kouture Events & Graphics, LLC. serves as the brand’s Freelance Graphic Designer. KaShauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and received her Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from Averett University. KaShauna has 16 years of experience as an Educator working with youth specializing in the areas of curriculum instruction and development, legal aspects & policies of special education, instructional strategies, program evaluation, transition and career guidance. KaShauna currently serves as a Career & Technical Education Resource Teacher for the past two and a half years with Arlington Public Schools. Previously she served as a Special Education Teacher, School Case Manager, Graduation Facilitator at Hampton High School in Hampton, Virginia. KaShauna is a member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., and currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the Gamma Zeta Chapter in Newport News, Virginia. She is also the Immediate Past Eastern Region Financial Secretary serving from 2016-2020, and served as the Chapter President of the Gamma Zeta Chapter from 2014-2019. KaShauna was crowned Eastern Region Outstanding Soror of the Year for 2017-2019. She is currently serving as the Board of Director of Youth Programming for The Lola Mercedes Parker Foundation, the charitable arm of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. During her administration, the chapter won numerous awards, recognition for programming and implementation of the sorority’s programs and projects. The most memorable achievements during her administration was earning the National Outstanding Chapter Award, National Outstanding Chapter President, and the National Youth Literary Award all for the 2017-18 sorority year, and the implementation of the chapter’s Toys “U” Can’t Return Youth Conference. KaShauna is a licensed Nail Technician and enjoys all things beauty and fashion during her spare time. In addition to the beauty industry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and enjoying new and exciting experiences.
