Founder & CEO
KaShauna G. Spratley, M.Ed., Founder & CEO of Kouture Events & Graphics, LLC. serves as the brand’s Freelance Graphic Designer. KaShauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and received her Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from Averett University. KaShauna has 16 years of experience as an Educator working with youth specializing in the areas of curriculum instruction and development, legal aspects & policies of special education, instructional strategies, program evaluation, transition and career guidance. KaShauna currently serves as a Career & Technical Education Resource Teacher for a school district in Virginia. Previously she served as a Special Education Teacher, School Case Manager, Graduation Facilitator at Hampton High School in Hampton, Virginia. KaShauna is a member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., and currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the Gamma Zeta Chapter in Newport News, Virginia. She is also the Immediate Past Eastern Region Financial Secretary serving from 2016-2020, and served as the Chapter President of the Gamma Zeta Chapter from 2014-2019. KaShauna was crowned Eastern Region Outstanding Soror of the Year for 2017-2019. She is currently serving as the Board of Director of Youth Programming for The Lola Mercedes Parker Foundation, the charitable arm of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. During her administration, the chapter won numerous awards, recognition for programming and implementation of the sorority’s programs and projects. The most memorable achievements during her administration was earning the National Outstanding Chapter Award, National Outstanding Chapter President, and the National Youth Literary Award all for the 2017-18 sorority year, and the implementation of the chapter’s Toys “U” Can’t Return Youth Conference. KaShauna is a licensed Nail Technician and enjoys all things beauty and fashion during her spare time. In addition to the beauty industry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and enjoying new and exciting experiences.
Our Story
Kouture Events and Graphics, LLC., was founded by CEO KaShauna G. Spratley, M.Ed. in February 2017. Soon after forming the business, KaShauna found out she was pregnant with her second son. Circumstances would have her move with her two children to Northern Virginia to start a career in a new school district. KaShauna is a Freelance Graphic Designer who started designing as a need when serving as Chapter President of the Gamma Zeta Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. in Newport News, Virginia from 2014 to 2019. Discovering her love for graphic design and event planning, KaShauna began her love for customizing events and graphics to create memorable experiences by all. At Kouture Events & Graphics, LLC., “We specialize in customizing brands, events and graphics for our clients.”

At this time, all orders can be placed online for your convenience.
when will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within three business days of placing your order for in stock items. Special order items will be shipped within two weeks. Packages will be shipped using Priority Mail for tracking purposes.
What are the payment methods?
For your convenience, payments are accepted using a credit card or PayPal.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift cards can be purchases from the Boutique tab in increments of $25, $50, $75 and $100.
